Join the crew of Reel Style for an exciting day of Florida Keys fishing. Captain Izzy is at home whether chasing bluewater species like dolphin, sailfish or marlin or pursuing tarpon, snook or trout in the backcountry. Therefore, it is appropriate that he operates two boats, a 30 foot traditional express sportfisherman and 20 foot center console. The 30 footer is docked in Islamorada. It has twin inboards (gas-no diesel odors) and a full bathroom for the ladies. The inboards allow the entire stern (back) of the boat to be fished. This is a huge advantage whether backing down on a sailfish or fishing the reef for snappers and groupers. This boat is licensed for six anglers, but he prefers to fish four anglers allowing for ample room to reel in your catch. |
| The 20 foot center console is kept on a trailer, thereby, allowing it to be conveniently fished from Key Largo to Islamorada. In the past, the boat has proven to be perfect for tarpon fishing. Its size is such that a 100 pound tarpon can actually pull the boat; thereby putting more pressure on the fish and shortening the battle. This boat has proven itself at home in 200 feet of water in the gulfstream or 2 feet of water in the backcountry. Fishing aboard the Reel Style could make you a "reel" winner. Many anglers who have fished with Captain Izzy have posted winning entries in the Metropolitan South Florida Fishing Tournament, The Coconuts Dolphin Tournament and also an International Gamefish Association record.

Captain Izzy also offers the unique service of "Captain for hire" to operate your boat. He will show you why 10% of the fisherman catch 90% of the fish. Learn live bait catching techniques, castnetting, tackle rigging, anchoring, etc. etc. See why it is so important to understand our waters before you go out on them. In the Florida Keys, water depth can go from 15 feet to several inches in seconds and a coral head that is just under the waters surface can cause major damage to both your boat and our Eco system. Contact Captain Izzy by phone or e-mail to learn more about this service. Daily rate depends on the size of your vessel.
