NUDE AND CLOTHING OPTIONAL LOCATIONS
State Parks - nudity is strictly prohibited.
On a vessel - the Florida Marine Patrol
advises it has no official policy concerning nudity on vessels. It is left to the
discretion of the officer. Generally, it appears that unless someone complains or you are
in an area where you will be highly visable to other people, nudity will not be an issue.
