ISLAND HOUSE

  • 2 bedrooms / 2 baths.  1 king-size & 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps 4.  For your convenience, all linens and towels are provided.

  • Completely equipped roomy kitchen

  • Large porch on water side with relaxing hot tub

  • Sandy picnic area near private boat dock located on open water.

  • Marina, shopping and restaurants are close by

Located just 25 miles from Key West, right on the Atlantic ocean with access to some of the worlds best fishing, diving, snorkeling and year round tropical weather.  Beach lovers will absolutely love Bahia Honda State Park which is located just 5 miles from the property.  Called one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Conde Nast magazine, the park is a perfect place for swimming, fishing, bird-watching, snorkeling, or hiking miles of trails.

Other nearby services and amenities include sailing, kayaking, pier-fishing, bicycling, wind-surfing, jet-skiing, golfing and parasailing.

RATES

ISLAND HOUSE $2,500 per week
MANGROVE HOUSE $1,500 per week

All rates are plus cleaning, security, utilities and taxes.  7 night minimum stay.  Lobster season and special events may be higher.
