A cozy little resort located just south of the 98 marker bayside at the southern end of Key Largo. From our sandy beach, enjoy the spectacular sunsets for which we are so well noted or search for the ultimate water ride aboard our kayaks. Take a dip in our freshwater pool or relax in a lounge chair beneath the palm trees.

With only six rooms, there is never a crowd and customer service is never a problem. Each room is equipped with remote control television, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, dolphin swims, fish and dive charters are just minutes away.

We offer a one or two bedroom villa or suite with a fully equipped kitchen, efficiencies with two queen beds, or rooms with a king size bed or two double beds.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is no charge for children 18 and under when sharing a room with parents. Pets are also welcome on a space available basis and by reservation only in non-waterfront accommodations. The pet fee is dependent on the size of the pet.

To insure our guests' relation and privacy, Coconut Bay provides phones that dial out only with complimentary local calls. If you need to be reached, you may have your party contact our office at 305-852-1625 and we will be glad to take your messages. Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Room tax 11.5%. Daily room rates are based on double occupancy. A $15.00 fee will be assessed for each additional adult over 18 years.
Rates are subject to change and are higher during holidays and special events.
Major credit cards are honored.

Reservations are accepted on the basis of the contracted arrival and departure dates and bills are prepared accordingly with all guests required to pay the balance of the stay at check-in by cash or valid credit card. No refunds will be given for an early departure.
We do not refund monies for inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

If you need to cancel your reservation of six days or less, please do so 14 days prior to your date of arrival; 30 days for groups, holidays, special events and stays of one week or more. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
